Chef Mike came to our home to prepare dinner for a group of our friends and created a beautiful evening as we celebrated my husband’s retirement. From the appetizer to the dessert, everything was perfect. Mike performed his magic in our tiny little kitchen and one course after the other was absolutely delicious. As the host, I could just sit back and enjoy the evening with friends and honestly, I didn’t have to do a thing !! By the time our dessert was over, the kitchen was spotless … what more can you ask for. On top of his cooking talents, Mike is personable, engaged the crowd and made us all feel a part of the experience ! As a personal chef, you can tell Mike totally loves what he does, takes pride in how he prepares each dish and every presentation was a work of art !
