Mike Artist is a young visionary who committed himself to the Arts and Culinary Arts and has worked intensively, putting in long nights in and outside the kitchen. Driven by his passion, he accepted an internship from Suffolk County Community College that allowed him to explore his craft through the streets of Florence,Italy and studied at Apicius - The first school of Hospitality in Italy. While being Italian trained in culinary Arts.
His hunger for perfection and innovation can be seen in his work of extraordinary taste and flavor—if you aren’t left in awe over his food styling techniques.Which by the way he is a Professional Food Stylist and has taken every single photo on this website with his food techniques. He truly gifts his guests an unforgettable experience, taking their taste buds on an elegant tour around the world. He is DRIVEN as a Personal Chef and truly loves catering to his clients.
